Lotz of Lively Steps, LLC was founded to expand access to high-quality Behavioral Support Services for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. Our work is grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and guided by a commitment to ethical practice, measurable outcomes, and person-centered care.


Led by Co-Founders Heather Lotz and Kyle “Kai” Lively, our team combines clinical expertise and operational leadership to deliver structured, reliable, and collaborative support across home and community settings.

We currently provide Behavioral Support Services in:

      • Cumberland County
      • Perry County
      • Lancaster County

Services are delivered in alignment with Pennsylvania ODP waiver requirements. Additional counties may be considered as we continue to grow.

Services

We provide Behavioral Support Services under Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) waiver system. Services include functional behavior assessments, development of individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), skill-building interventions, and caregiver/team consultation.


All services are delivered in alignment with the Individual Support Plan (ISP) and ODP regulatory requirements.

      • Behavior Consultant (Bachelor’s Level)
      • Behavior Consultant (Licensed Behavior Specialist – LBS)
      • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
